Names of all inclusive resorts not really adult but not too kiddie?

I want to go to an all inclusive resort but I don’t want to go to one that is like a disney theme park with kids running around everywhere!! I would love some names of resorts if you have any suggestions! Preferably in the US in Florida. Thanks
